She also has strong knowledge in the fields of tax consulting and business services, which enables her to provide concrete support to the team in advancing mandates and managing priorities.

Marjorie Bergeron

Marjorie Bergeron has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2006. She specializes in transactional taxation and tax reorganizations and works as a consultant at Fiscalité GTT. She handles all aspects of her work, from due diligence to negotiations, including drafting tax memorandums and all agreements required for planning (shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, rollovers, forms, tax calculations, etc.). She holds a Master’s in Tax Law from HEC Montréal (2010) and a postgraduate diploma in Administration from the University of Sherbrooke (2020), receiving numerous scholarships and academic honors along the way. Her latest degree helped her develop a critical approach to identifying and implementing solutions for complex organizational tax issues, making her a strategic tax advisor focused on practical solutions. Passionate about entrepreneurship and tax writing, she offers her expertise to the business community to optimize corporate taxation.
